A concession made to the dying MLB to not compete with the World Series.

There is a standing agreement between the NFL and Baseball. The NFL will not schedule a game on a night of games 1 - 4 of a World Series. After that anything goes. Like a potental game 5 in Denver would go up against Monday Night Football, also in Denver. Although at this point, that doesn't seem very likely.

The World Series...and most likely the clincher for a sweep by the Red Sox...Heh, heh...Don't worry...The NFL game will be back on next week...I think it also has to do with the Giants and Dolphins playing in London...

I would think it is because of the World Series, but that will be over tonight when the Red Sox win. :)
