This is just my opinion but I believe it is - f) When the Iraqi people ask us to leave. And I believe it is waaay past time to have an Iraqi national election on it. Then if we leave and the country implodes at least it was their choice, and if we stay then the rest of the world can see we are there by the will of the Iraqi people and not just because GW says so.
I used this answer once before and got a ton of thumbs down and I have to wonder if they were mostly from those who are afraid of losing their biggest Bush bashing tool?

i) Other
A stabilized Embassy to aide in a better program offering Democracy & negotiations in the neighboring area's ... the current elected officials are meek. US must concede to the Supreme Leader desires for nuclear energy vs WW3. Guided by UN and so forth that is not too much to ask to remove his problems... yet they may become Iraq's. Thanks.
You may never get G. J? perhaps.

Iraq is won, when they pass that "divvy up the oil" bill, that Bush has been pressuring them on. It has already been drafted for a while now, but not passed. Wonder why that is? Think they might know that once it is, Bush could care less what happens to the rest of their resources?

I'm going to go with a modified "E", and by that I mean there were regions within Iraq that previously had the ability to defend themselves and our administration went ahead and said no and stayed in those regions.
I want to be clear, I'm for our prescense in Iraq to eliminate Saddam Hussien but I strongly feel that ever since theres been so many policy mistakes that now its a dissaster.

With rising tension in the area, I see another Battle Group being moved to the Arabian Sea. So my answer is none of the above.

Your question is a fair one and judging by some of the responses, it hit a nerve.
I've asked the same question and received the same type of responses.
If the white house could give us something to look forward to, it would make things much more tolerable. We just want HONEST answers.

None of the above. It is when Iraq is stable enough to govern and defend herself.
