No one "made" human beings. We developed from earlier primates and came to be as we are today through a long process of natural selection.

Calling humans as "beings" implies that you believe that humans were created. Many religions point to only one answer and that is God.

However, this answer is not accepted in Science (you placed your question under Science and Math category). Scientists believe that humans evolved from apes. They say evolution takes place trough natural selection, mutation, etc. So here, we can say that humans were created by nature and chance.

other human beings. it is called sex! I don't know about evolution though. In the thousands of years of history, can anyone name a creature that has evolved to create something else.

Don't know about you mate, but my mum and dad made me.
As a species we simply evolved from a predecessor as did every other species on the planet.
By the way, Homo sapiens did not evolve from apes
