Especially we use this to increase the percentage of water in air , " not to make dry air " .. it's kinda decorative too !!! hey u guys know the name !! and it's especially 2-5 feet in height !

Are you talking about a vaporizor or humidifier? You can by them at most pharmacies since they are generally used to improve air quality for people with colds or other breathing difficulties. They make them alot smaller these days, you can get one the size of a sink basin. Although you could probably get a commercial size humidifier from an HVAC company.

It's called a humidifier. I have a plant room and I use vaporizers to keep the humidity higher in there than the rest of the house.
