Not necessarily... but that is usually how it ends up... one is usually the one who chooses everything and has the opinion.. and the others just follow... but that is def not my kind of friendship.... it should be a mutual leadership friendship... give and take.

In most (if not all) human dynamics there is a "leader" of sorts, but the best leaders lead inclusively, not by lording their authority over people. Your friends should value your opinions and your feelings; good leaders do likewise, and sometimes "lead" by helping you face certain things about yourself you might otherwise have never seen. (Unless of course YOU'RE the leader, in which case, that's your job.)

I don't think so myself. It's ridiculous. Having a leader just means that the friendship ain't that real. If you were one of them, it's just like being controlled over by one specific leader.

There shouldn't be, but in the younger generations, you'll always find one that feels and thinks their the leader. And you'll find the less aggressive ones, letting them lead.

I had a buddy who grew to become right into a frontrunner between his pals. What he advised me grew to become into this: human beings could have stable recommendations, yet without me, no longer something could have come of them. The others could say "stable thought!" yet that could desire to have been the tip of it. All I did grew to become into, whilst somebody had floated a stable thought, i may be the single to coordinate or organize. i may be the single to assert "So, John, you do x." "we are going to desire y, Fred, you handle that." i could often get credit, whilst it wasn't my thought in any respect. i'm only the single that'd impel the rest to make it take place. This grew to become right into a guy with great organic attraction. As Jennifer suggested in a prior answer, listening grew to become into key. Getting the experience of the consensus of the gang. understanding him, i'm particular he did no longer bark orders like a primary, or use any style of dictatorial tone or way -- that could desire to easily reason resentment, particularly than keen participation. possibly the wording grew to become into extra like "Jim, why do no longer you...?" or "Who needs to get ...?" He grew to become into additionally a speedy logician, with 0 reaction situations. and extremely functional. i could propose no longer attempting for it. yet once you notice opportunities to do leaderly issues, supply it a flow. lots has to do with aptitudes and undemanding character features. you won't have the ability to drag it off.
