This may be the best and most complex question ever asked. First, God is infinite in every shape, manner and form. God preceded all that exists, has no inherent material aspect and, in fact, can not even be described in any set of words that humans can devise because such words have inherent limitations. But more tangible concepts are necessary in order to appreciate God. God is love, joy, peace, and mercy. We share with God a consciousness that is the soul. Our souls were created through the gift of God who gave to each of us as the most wonderful of all gifts, a portion of God himself. In this way we can discern the path to reunion with our wonderful God.

In terms of other supernatural beings and forces, particularly dark beings and forces, for the most part these are inventions of the minds of men. We should remember though that we have a shared consciousness with God and this same shared conscious is shared with all other souls both alive and departed. Within the mind of God is the consciousness of all that is and all that ever has been. Therefore, it is not a surprise that sometimes we are able to perceive the consciousness of souls either living or departed.

Extreme care needs to be exercised in evaluating the inputs from other souls. Certainly the truth and the light provided by God is preferable to fantasy. A good question one may ask is how does one know God from fantasy? I would say that God manifests in us his great and wonderful virtues and we should see no darkness or evil there. In my experience, God has never told me to do anything. All of God's wisdom has been presented to me in the pursuit of the spiritual path has been presented as a choice I could make or refuse to make. It is no surprise that I choose love, joy, wisdom, understanding, compassion and mercy.

When we enter into life we bring with us knowledge and memories from past incarnations and other dimensions. Children are CONDITIONED to believe these sightings are not real, and so we all grow up thinking these things are not real. Actually they are real, just not in this reality - that does not mean they don't exist. Small children and animals sense things better than us adults do because they have not been brainwashed and conditioned yet to not see or sense other realities. And yes adults stop believing out of fear that they will be laughed at. But where would we be today if people didn't try to create electricity. computers, technology, reach for the stars because they were afraid someone would laugh at them? One day more and more people will start to realize that children brings knowledge with them when they are born and will NOT try to convince them it's not real

This is a hard to answer question since there is no scientific evidence or verification available for spirits, gods, suprenatural beings and other forces.

So for those who have no experience of such things and go only on scientific basis and analysis it is evident that all these are simple imaginations that do not acutally exist. They are human beings imaginative creations, fantasies that do not acutally exist in the world.

However if some people have had a first hand experience of any or all of the above and has explored the areas of spirits, Gods and supernatural beings with scientific and objective mind then for those people knowledge of these things is of some value in this world.

However all of the above are subtle in nature and can not be captured or observed or grasped directly by our 5 senses namely : senses of touching, hearing, seeing, tasting and smelling NO Scientific instrument can either prove or disprove their existence. Since all scientific experiments, discoveries and inventions are based on our ability to experience the world through these 5 senses only.

So these concepts OR things being subtle that can not be grasped using 5 sense organs we can not hope to get any scientific evidence ever regarding their existence.
What we can at most get is circumstantial inference like evidence which will be mostly non-repeatable in the nature of experimnents of the 5 gross senses.

To personally verify the existence of any of the above scientifically one has to refine the sense organs where as they become subtle and can grasp and analyze the concepts and things of the subtle worlds. This is the only way to verify their existence and to get more knowledge about them if such things really exist. The other way is to get this knowledge from the ones who have explored this path of the subtle wolrds and gained knowledge about them. Again authenticity of such people's claims and their books etc. come in picture.

SO the best way is to get some first hand own experiences of the subtle things or entities by purifying one's sense organs where as they can grasp and perceive subtler entities. And thus getting convinced through own experiences about their existence one can selectively choose to get more knowledge about these through books, knowledge sources and people whose knowledge does not contradict one's own experiences and inferences.

They come into "existence" in the MINDS of humans. They are not real entities or forces. All that matters here, is that if such things bring comfort to some people, let it be.
The unanswerable question will always find an individual's unique, although subjective, answer.

If a cause and effect or rational answer cannot be given to a happenstance, it seems that we as a species are prone to invent movers and does for these acts. Add this to the propensity of our species to enjoy and revere the stories associated with invisible or supernatural forces and entities and you have mythology.

While I am not saying that there is no underlying loving causative force that permeates the universe, I'm afraid that most of the things that you mentioned are human creations.

The small g gods that most religions ascribe to are little more that judgmental punishing boggy men invented to induce fear and insure compliance to silly restrictive dogma.

They make God sound like an insecure, judgmental jerk.

It all begins with people. When enough people believe in something it becomes a general information. If one person believes in a god, then he convinces another person to believe, then it leads to a lot more people, until finally it just comes to be.

The reason though could be because the person/people, needed an explanation for something, or they wanted to believe in soemthing that can't be explained, so that they can retain the mystery of life.

Hi Third P,
From a spiritual perspective, it would be difficult to explain as if we knew the answers, we wouldn't be spending most of our lives trying to make sense of it all.
From a practical perspective there is every chance and we do have to admit to this that they all exist from seeds sown in the imaginations of our ancestors and passed down through the generations.

The becoming for a notion for the Creations description needs a sensible peculiar form for an imaginable notion to explain it. Human consciousness has picturability for sight identity, form identification, and is not immediately accessible to self notion, the ego.

Emptiness in people's lives and their inability to find happiness on the material plane. It's easier to create
some kind of super being that will take care of them
than to do the things necessary to have a happy and
fulfilled life themselves.
