Send an invidicual email to each and every one. Don't do a mass mail, as it will be filtered as spam.
If you market it as a free advertising system to get them more business they MIGHT reply.
Alternnatively GOOGLE for the Co names, see if they list an email address !

Well the logical way to test an e-mail address is to send a test e-mail and set it to send back a notification that either the e-mail has arrived or better still been opened.
The problem is you have so many. You can do the above but send message to the maximum allowed number of addresses. And hope it is not interpreted as spam.
