It is the end of the month, but you should receive a new card long before the old one expires.

it means it expires the last day of november 30, 2007. the last transaction you can do can't be past 11:59 p.m. cause once it turns12:00 a.m that makes it december 1, 2007.

it expires at the end of november. YOu would not be able to use after that. If you do use after that the machine may retain it. source -worked for the bank before.
