Bill!!! Very much so - and although he did alot of things that were inappropriate - he did a lot of good for this country that went by the wayside with his indescretions!!
Hillary I am not so sure of - i think she is a studied leader as opposed to a natural born like her husband.

Bill. If he could run again I would vote for him! Why can't people see how much better things were under him? So he had"sexual relations" with someone. Name a president (besides Jimmy Carter perhaps) who didn't!

Bill lied to us and loathed the military. Hillary stayed in the marriage with him purely for political gain and I've never liked or trusted her to be frank about it. So I pretty much dislike the equally.

I guess I would have to chose Bill, because i absolutely cannot stand Hillary. There is something seriously wrong
with her as far as I'm concerned, because everytime i hear
her voice the hair stands up on the back of my neck. She's
scary!!

Bill has always reminded me of JFK since both their affairs were made public and they're charismatic.
I've always liked Bill despite his mistakes.

Well, things were much better under Bill then they are now. I'd go with Bill, at least he cared what the majority of his constituents thought.
