All day they just smoke pot out the window. Sometimes they even vomit out it. It's disgusting

Sounds like a great neighborhood ...to move out of!! I'd report them to the landlord...

If you report them by phone you could just lie and tell the authorities you are a concerned citizen you lives in the area. That way you can act as if you had nothing to do with reporting them. Besides if you have figured it out so have other people.

Yes, I'd report them... first to them, then the landlord, and also the police.

Well they could be into heavier drugs you cant smell..may be easier to move than report..and face some sort of retaliation....
