I could not recoup money invested in three musicians as they did not sign the contract. I invested over £2,000 it seems unfair I would be put to further losses by a judge, too.

They probably can sue you for their legal fees.

But why the f*** did you invest money in them without them signing a contract?

If it has already been thrown out then no. because that was the judgment

You would have to find another reason to claim other than the first attempt

Anyone can sue or counter sue anyone. They would have to find someone to take the case.
