this isnt my opinion its fact.

girls/women have easier lives.

boys have to go out on their own without a safety net and become men. they have to succeed or the world eats them alive.

women are taken care of by others and they are considored to have much more value then men. men only have value as long as they have money, are in power over others, or attract others through wit. Otherwise men can be thrown away in a second but someone will always be there to catch a woman. men are alone... women are taken care of... from birth to death.

Yes. What's the expression...when a husband has a child, he wants a boy because he only has to worry about 1 penis, if he has a girl, he has to worry about all the penises.
Then there's the pain of childbirth. The countless hours spent on physical appearance (there's a reason why 95% of eating disorders happen to females). Then they have to deal with males doing and saying anything (lieing and more lieing) it takes to convince them to sleep with them. Women are often not taken as seriously as men, for example, when I used to wait tables, the women had to work harder than i did for the same tip. When I asked them about it, they all said that women don't instantly get respect and I tend to agree. Then there's the physicality of the world, men folk are naturally stronger, we can pull a 50lb bag of dog food off a high shelf without asking for a clerk's help. Cultural expectations are all-around harder for women. But as a married man, I do my best to protect her from those expectations.

All a woman has to do is exist and she has it made... always some guy to come around to support her.

A guy, on the other hand, is always the one responsible... the one that has to do the supporting... the one putting himself on the line, risking rejection, risking the potential of committing to a low quality female... committing to an infertile female.

I think a man has more to invest in a woman, more to risk... than any female does in a man. Most women I have ever met have never been single... always one guy or another their entire lives... they hop from one to another... they dont break it off with any guy until they have a replacement on standby. No emotional investment or commitment values.

Some guys may be superficial about women... but I think women are the most superficial of the genders. They are picky about a mans money, car, looks, or what have you (what they truly care about)... because they honestly believe they can get away with it... and they usually do. But primarily, they are superficial about themselves... desiring constantly to meet the social stereotype of female beauty... for the sake of appealing to the most of superficial men. Makeup to plastic surgery to stylish clothing... to gossiping in the hopes of discovery for self-benefit and undermining competition.... it all comes down to the competition to be the best sex object around.

I think they're both about equally difficult, but in different ways. It's rough to compare It's like asking, "Which tastes better, chicken or fish?" Most of it depends on an individuals attitudes and perceptions.

Each was its positive features, each its negative.

There is a balance in these things that is difficult to observe from either perspective. That is, you always notice the negative from your perspective and the positive from the opposite side.

in general? without adding in the factors..of who their parents are... the family income... background etc. lets see. boys... at one time expected to man up,,, no crying ,,no emotional breakdowns... family provider.. going to the service... (drafted) or otherwise. pickup the dinner/date tab... ask the woman out..or to dance. wow. girl.. periods..pregnancy... raising kids... household chores. now days... the roles are sorta..blended....girls working.,men staying home, however men still get no periods and no pregnancies. so i would say a girls life... is more difficult. we added chores/duties to what we already had.. (work..service..carreers,school,,businesses)
