Well, typical magnets simply don't have enough power. They can't effect muscles, tissue and bones. If you want anything powerful enough to do anything at all, you'll have to go with industrial electric magnets (like hospital scanners and stuff). Might do you more harm than good though.
I think I'm tall enough at 1,89m (6'2").

I'm happy with my height I have heard magnetic therapy can help in some things but not in making you taller

yes if you wear steel toe cap shoes and fix your head in a clamp and get the electomagnet from a scrapyard to pull onto your legs via the tin boots. May be eaiser to buy some made up shoes or wear a big hat
