Power lines and arsonists may have been the cause of some of those fires. Global warming caused the higher than normal temps and lack of moisture, which helped fuel the spread of the fire along with the strong winds, but didn't cause the fires themselves.

If you really intend to spread unfounded rumors, don't be surprised when people dismiss global warming as nonsense when no proof is found to connect the two save hearsay.
When the world's scientists agree there is global warming, then I will agree.

Global warming theory is based on climate changes, NOT weather changes. Trying to use individual events to PROVE global warming is like trying to take the first grade you received as an F or D and say that you were a failure in school.

It's unscientific. It's quick, dirty propaganda.

You do any serious scientist studying global warming as a theory a disservice.

I'm so tired of this! You're just taking the easy way out, my friend. Global warming fanatics are so much like religious zealots that it is amazing. Just like people try to find pictures of Jesus in cheese sandwiches and the like, they blame everything on global warming. Fire inspectors have investigated how the fires started and they are VERY sure that it was caused by arsonists.

Because global warming was NOT the cause of the wild fires in CA. There is not evidence at all that global warming had anything to do with those fires. The assumption you make is false.
