Of course not. And Planned Parenthood simply does not push abortion on anyone. They simply work to make sure that any woman can have access to contraception whether its birth control prior to conception or assistance with an unwanted pregnancy. They tell the truth which is more than a lot of the so called "pro life" people can say for themselves. They've also prevented more abortions by helping women get reliable birth control and educating them on how their bodies work than any "pro life" organization can claim.

The only country I know of that has mandatory abortion is China who only permits couples to have one child because of their over population problems.

I'm going to guess this question is a joke, or the asker has a flawed grasp of English. No, of course abortion is NOT mandatory. Sadly, it may become illegal again.

The word you are looking for is "permitted".

or possibly..

"not a criminal act"

We don't all agree about it, but its kind of part of that whole "land of the Free..." philosophy we got going over here.

No.

Might not be such a bad idea for religious people to be required to have abortions though (damn that first amendment crap).
