Russia has generally considered any sort of detailed economic data as being a state secret. Things were slightly looser after the fall of the Soviet Union, but things are tightening up again with Putin.

Add to that the fact that Russia never had a particularly good reporting structure, etc. and any hard numbers you get are likely to be wrong. And if you are not a reader of Russian, the odds against you are all the greater.
