to testify against his nephew on a child abuse case that happened six years ago. the nephew was 15yrs then and this child in question was 6yrs? My question is can this boy now 21 be tried for what he did 6yrs ago when he was sstill a minor? and also what happens if his uncle does not show up in court because it plainly inconvenient and to some point believed that this crime never even happen.

A witness who was subpoenaed and does not appear in court will be issued an arrest warrant for disregarding a court order.
