recently just moved houses and the printer turns on, but will not print out anything!!! any help would be appreciated

UNINSTALL printer from printer folder (with USB cabl eunplugged)
Run the INSTALL CD; and ONLY connect the Printer twhen the installer asks you to.
Enjoy printer.

Did you try reinstalling the software or checking for driver/software updates from the HP web site? I recently upgraded to a new printer and computer and when I got home and installed the printer software, I realized that it wasn't compatible with windows vista. I checked the HP website and downloaded an update and it fixed my problem. I have a HP Photosmart C6180 All In One. I hope this helps.

make sure your printer is set to work with your computer.
older printers will not work with new computers no drivers available and new printer with not work with older computers.
microsoft dropped most of the earlier drivers so you cant reinstall without the software that came with the unit.

Check to see if the printer is the default printer, check the cables,and if that doesn't work delete the drivers and reinstall them.
