I could be smart, but I sometimes would be slow. It is a combination of emotion and personality, and value as well.
Sometimes, when a person is focused on something, then the person could missed on other small detail that could lead to later critical consequences or results of that action.
When a person is more peaceful, the person is more open to all details, wouldn't be focused on one direction only, so that person could see more.
The personality, it would also be critical, if the person doesn't care at all, too lazy or dislike certain ideas, no matter how easy that would be, still the thing wouldn't be done, it wouldn't even get into that person's head, or the person wouldn't even had attention to it.
One more thing is, decison making, valuing things, If a person could get away with a great deal, by doing something bad, is that smart to succeed or is it smart to not do it?

Wouldn't it be much easier to say with the actual IQ rather than 1 to 10? Since I don't know what's good and what's bad, I can't say how good mine is . . . all I know is that I got 120.
But then, we all know that our IQ don't explain how stupid or intelligent we are. It's just a measure of ONE type of intelligence out of the many that we humans possess.

About 9...I used to be in Mensa but it's not really my thing...I prefer to get sh*tfaced with a bunch of hot college guys than take IQ tests
