i know this sounds really weird but do we have to shave before having a check up (pap smear) for yeast infection??

No, you do not have to shave prior to have a pap smear, or a check-up for a yeast infection. Some women just prefer to shave down below. If you don't do this already, there's no need in doing it just for the exam. Remember that your Doctor has seen pretty much everything down below.

No, you don't have to shave prior to having a pap smear or getting checked for a yeast infection. The amount of pubic hair will not affect either exam.
