Buy some Alka Seltzer, go to the grocery store, pop 5 or so in your mouth. Once you start to foam at the mouth, stagger around and eventually fall to the floor and fake a seizure. Just make sure you get out of the store before they call the ambulance and/or police.

Start some amusing conversations with strangers, or do a Forrest Gump run naked and see how far it takes you before you're arrested.
Or, play some practical jokes on people. Superglue 20p to the floor, or maybe run down a random street knocking on everyone's door really loudly (if you can get away with doing it quickly). =oD
