Not in near future. The weak dollar will increase US exports and improve the US trade balance so the dollar will get stronger, but it will take time.

Not really. The dollar may well devalue even more if the Arabs start valuing barrels of oil by the Euro, and that's already beginning. First in Iraq, and now in Iran. Funny, that America wants to invade places that want to sell oil by the Euro.
