If this arrived via Junk eMail or Junk post or some boiler room share tipster cold called you, or you got their name from a 'penny share' rag, then almost 100% for sure NO, it's a rip off of some sort.

If you found them yourself eg. via Google etc, then quite possibly - why not check out the 'contact us' pages on their web site ?
Real address (NOT 'PO Box'), real phone number (NOT a premium rate line) ? then most likely they are a real company
