I had one of the 'mats' that did the bubble thing... rather weak, and it cooled the water off way too fast.... I think I'd like the other one, mentioned by the poster ahead of me, as it sounds as if it would move the water better.....and whatever you do get , it would be great if it has a heater to keep the water warm!!

Sears sells a good portable whirlpool that attaches over the side of the tub. There are several manufacturers that offer "mats" that sit on the bottom of the tub and bubble air through the water, but they are not as effective as the ones that send water jets coursing around.
