Greatest Final Fantasy villan?

I'd say Kefka from FF6. He literally took over and dominated the whole world. Even rearranged the whole face of the planet. He was, in my opinion, the most clever and most evil FF villan. Zemus from FF4 was somewhat above everyone else in a way. He was the only one that wasn't a "human", he was from the moon and he nearly destroyed the world without even doing anything himself. But still, I'll say Kefka.

I've got to agree, Kefka for sure! Mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! He was so evil! I'd give the #2 spot to Sephiroth, and #3 to Seymour.

Well.....I would have to say that Kefka was defiantly over the top in his ways, and yes he was responsible for the rearrangement for the face of the planet. However, I would have to say that the boss of FF X Yu Yevon has the upper hand.

Now, before everyone crucifies me for saying this, let me explain why I say this.

Kefka was awful in all that he did, but he was just a one shot deal. He rose to the top he did some bad bad things and then a group of people stopped him, story over.

Yu Yevon on the other hand, is part of something larger. He is part of the very reason that the religion of "Yevon" exists in the game. Which in turn ends up being nothing but a way for the spiral of death to continue. Yu Yevon stood the test of time and not only killed Yuna's father Braska, but takes Tidus's father Jecht to become the very thing that they are fighting, Sin.

Being part of a back story that large and that long ago would put him at the top of the list in my opinion.

i would say the Yu-yevon/sin from FF10 simply because the were above all other life forms they were like gods!!!!!!!
