I'm an Australian and I have no chance of playing cricket for my country.. but I thought if I moved to India I might get an automatic selection.... based on those credentials ... to play for your team.. so how easy is it to become an Indian citizen?

Your are too old to play cricket ! It s extreamly difficult to become an Indian Citizen because you have an Australian wife !

what made you think that you are going to get an automatic selection?

who told you that Indians are looking for Australian players?

its a country with more than one billion people and most youngsters want to be cricketers. Where do you stand the chance?

It is very difficult for anybody to become an Indian citizen just by playing cricket. Besides, you would not get an "automatic selection" as you say.

i tell u the truth , getting a citizenship of india is not easy, especially just by ur playing cricket, duh...wht made u think, that u'll be selected as an automatic....forget it...its not that easy as u think....but there's a way for it.....m a citizen of india only,, select my answer & email me., if u seriously wanna citizenship...bcoz no where nothing is "impossible"...

i can seriously help u, but only if u trust me.....u have no other option to do so.

You'll do fine! Of course they need exotic Australian cricketeers! After all, you guys are decended from the blokes who invented it. It's like America with basketball. Our olympic team is..... Oh, nevermind. Maybe you could do badmitten? lol

like go on a holiday there or something...........I did recently.....
it was fuuuuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!
you should try it someday- Kerala is the best (though I have relatives there, but anyway its a great place to be in!)
its a great country but you'd find it hard to live with for the first week or so-getting used to the roads with potholes, crowded buses, trains, traffic- oh wait, we have those problems here!

I actually have a chum who has checked into it and from what he tells me you may desire to be waiting to tutor you have indian history on your loved ones, you may desire to do a kin seek in case you have not already and hint your history returned sufficient and have stable data which you're from an indian ancestory.stable success.
