Definitely, he's worked really hard and should have been champion in 2003 and 2005 and is certainly the best driver in Formula 1 today.

I know I'm British and should support Hamilton but he had it easy in his first season as he went straight into McLaren whereas Raikkonen started in 2001 with Sauber and worked his way up.

Wow, this probably is the most asked question of the week besides "Was Lewis Sabotaged?" I'd have to say yes, Kimi definitely deserves his championship crown. He's good, he has always been but never was so patient. Now that he's learned to be patient and drive maturely, the crown lands itself into his hands. He's worked hard and third times the charm for him!

loved him at mclaren, yet he's driving for the undesirable adult males now, so nyway hamilton should be topped champion on the fifteenth so fairly, no longer a lot aspect in this question, no longer with it really is identify any way, shoul be more suitable like "What do you imagine of Kimi Raikkonen? "

As a Kiwi and a McLaren fan it was sad to see Hamilton end the way he did but Kimi has tried hard for a long time.
Good on Kimi

YES :) he does deserve it and with the hearing over fuel coming up in november there is a slim chance of lewis taking it away from him. but kimi deserves it every bit and as blue angel has said he came runner up twice.

Yes he does. He's been working towards it for a long long time. HE's a driver who is completely focused on his job and nothing anyone says brings him down. He ignores all the drama surrounding him and just does his job. And after coming so close to the title twice, it's only right he should win it this time

Yes, definitely. He won fair and square. Plus, he has always maintained a professional attitude. He doesn't talk about anyone or anything other than driving. He also almost won the title twice before but didn't due to reliability issues and bad luck which he had no control over.

He sure as hell did. When most people counted them out, he came from behind to win it, he never gave up on it even though it seemed pretty impossible. Just worth mentioning that without the support of his team, and help from felipe who controlled the race pretty much from the start, ferrari probably wouldn't have pulled it off.
