Yeah...My biggest problem is not eating. I don't set out to not eat it's just I'm never hungry or I forget and then ten hours later I rememebr "wow. I bet I'm dizzy cause I didn't eat". Onm top of that I use to smoke alot of weed and for liek days the brain fog would hang around, when It finally lifted it dawne on me that I was getting stupider so I quit cold turkey. Pretty hard since all of my coworkers smoke it so much. Then of course I have very severe asthma. It's like I do everythign I can to make it worse, like playing with very dusty horses, running around, playing in hay fields...just kind of a glutton for punishement x.x;

I worry more about medicine screwing up my health more than anything so I rarely take any drugs, even aspirin.
Sometimes, you do have to taked medicine to cure stuff though. My doctor knows that I willnot take any prescribed medication that has not been on the market for at least 15 years. I want to know that the long term effect has not produced other ailments or death.
So the results of this is that I will not seek treatment until things get really bad, which may be detrimental to my health as well.
It's the old rock and a hard place.

Your young,you have gotten on the right path. You can reverse the damage that you have done, (at least stop from doing any more). Me I have to live with the fruits of my younger follies. Obesity, Diabetes, and heart problems. Very difficult at this late stage of my life to reverse the damage. All I can do now is to try and manage it.

I try not to worry about anything. If it's causing me to 'worry' I do something about it. But by living in the moment, I simply enjoy what I am doing now... which includes eating well and not too much, running, smoking, and more.

Yes I always worry about what I am doing to my body....I smoke, eat unhealthy food, and tan in a tanning bed very often. Those are three big "no-no's". I often worry how much I will pay for it when I am older. What are your addictions?

Nah, I don't worry about it anymore. I'm just trying to enjoy what ever life I have left and if my health is all screwed up well then at least I was able to screw it up my way and nobody else.

I guess I should, but considering that I smoke like a train and drink like a fish, I guess I don't. I say if the addiction makes you happy, it's worth the risk.
