I found a 1963 penny. It is a very light yellow color and looks nothing like the copper color. Does anybody know anything about it and if there is any value to it?

Painted? dyed/or anodized?
only the 1945's were made different (steel)
instead of copper clad..cooper used more in bullets, and ship building during ww2..
