I studied self-hypnotism through a book, I guess I did okay, I become a good dancer ,I can pretend I am drunk in a bar very realistic , drinking water,etc.. You can check books in the internet or library .

There are many books in the library...and I'm sure you can also find some websites on it.
Yes, I was interested in it, back when I took PSY 101--but I found that it was not what it sounds like--nor is hypnotism performed by a second party.
Read up on it, it's interesting--and not at all difficult. :)

I heard that some people smoke pot for that reason.
