I don't see any possibility of that sort in a civilized organized conference, there is always a chair to call the body to order. And the Power to call any one out of order, thus a stop to any unruly attitude is not possible. Just a cross party conference is a an expected orderly simple meeting to discuss under an approved agenda and outside of which is no way to reach the table. Cross party is normally few over over an existing major over number of old party members, so no reason of any instant of shouting nor any sense of anger, but a happy and under decorum civilized attitude of organized party in power prevails. A new member allowed to be accepted to cross party is normally has to prove obedience to the existing rules of the party accepting a new member crossing to a more desired better party in power expecting same welcome acceptance.
