I want to make our reunion extra special for my husband. For those of you who are soldiers and away from your wives, how would you want her to greet you?

The one thing they do not have is Normal. Nice and relaxed. They miss the closeness of just sitting around and enjoying nothing. Being with those they have been without for so long. Nothing fancy--a rose to greet him and a closeness to let him know how much he means to you.

No disrespect or offense--But I usually got about two hours into the family reunion and grabbed my wife up and got up close and personel to "catch up on all the things I missed" while away. I am Marine Corps retired and I was away a lot--7 children alot in fact.

May your homecoming be as large as your love for each other.
May God Bless Your House And All Who Enter....
To your husband--Thank you for your service and sacrifice..
To you-Thank you-for your devotion and dedication..

Who wouldnt love a BIG hug first? You should let him know how much you missed him and love him; Your love and compassion through X's and O's Surpass any gift. Well thats what I think anyway.
