I am using bristol6.com pasties and they stay on well, but the adhesive quickly loses grip after an hour.. anything I can do? Give it a quick shot of hairspray on top of them to 'seal' them on more?

Stop sweating. I went to the page and read their disclaimer. You can heat them up in your hand to soften the adhesive so it sticks better but it also says to apply them to clean skin. If you have make-up or any body oils, it will interfere with the adhesive. Try wiping the area with rubbing alcohol on a swab and allowing the alcohol to dry. Careful, its cold and your nippies may get hard.

How Do Pasties Stay On

Try some toupee tape. Lots of women use it to secure very low cut or revealing clothing, and it is designed to, uh, keep toupees in place, so it should be strong enough.

Oh, and don't use superglue unless you want to wear the same pasties for months,

Hmmm, interesting question! So, if they fall off after an hour that's a "bad thing," I take it, in your eyes at least? (I'm just playing - ok, please don't take offense!) Hairspray might or should work, I think it depends on how big the pasties are (surface area coverage) and their weight, to really know if other types of adhesive would work effectively. I'm guessing U haven't tried double-sided tape, or fiberglass tape, duct tape (now 1002 uses!), or a liquid adhesive (like a roll-on antipersperant) or other spray-on glue. Try any of those, & if they don't work, I'll volunteer to hold them on for ya! ;-) Good luck!

Double sided carpet tape? Works for strapless evening gowns and such.
