Sigh; so early for such.
CLOSE the Toilet seat lid with a lock, and take the door/flap lid OFF the letter box.
Wear the toilet lid key as a chastity belt
ADD ON: Actually LOCK the toilet seat and lid in the UP position.

hahaha lol peeing on the toilet seat (get a urinal) as for the letterbox no idea.

Put the letter box on the toilet seat. He'll understand or at least lubricate the letter box.

As for the letterbox...try aligning the hinges or lubricating
them...depending on what kind you have. (what it's made of)
