Trying to remember a moviet that is like john cusaks say anything?

ok eveyone nos the scene where he holds up the boombox. im not to sure but there is another movie that has the same thing where a man is also holding a boombox above his head playing a song and he is like in a street with apartments or buildings in the background. anyone no what song he is playing or what movie this is?

I can't find a reference to the song used in the movie. I even checked the tracks at Amazon. I haven't seen the film.
