This happened to me when I was pregnant and the doctor told me that you have eggs on both your right and left side of your fallopian tubes when you get pregnant you will feel it on the side that got implanted in the beginning. This is a normal pain and that is why your left side is hurting, But always go to the doctor to be on the safe side

First, you can't really be three weeks pregnant. Three weeks pregnant is 7 days after conception and the baby is barely even implanted. Do you mean three weeks after conception? Because that would make you 5 weeks. Cramps are VERY normal in early stages of pregnancy. It means your uterus is stretching to accomodate the baby. You should go to the ER if your cramps are followed by bright red bleeding. If you ARE miscarrying (which I doubt you are if you aren't bleeding) the hospital can do nothing to save your baby. Miscarriages are unfortunatly unpreventable if you have already started to miscarry. Good luck. I hope everything turns out well :)

I'm possibly 5 weeks (if I'm pregnant, not sure yet) and having weird pains on my lower right side that come and go and just started tonight.

I'm in the same boat as you lol. It might be a miscarriage, or you're stretching.

Good luck

If it feels like cramps you need to go to the E.R. ASAP! because it could possibly be a miscarriage and they could help save the baby, make sure there isn't any spotting as well. It could just be your stomache starting to stretch or the baby growing.
