Don't even think about hitting me. Not that he would-my husband is a very gentle person in every way. So much so that we've never sat down and had a conversation about how if he beat me I would leave him because I know I don't have to worry about it.

Still, you asked the question so there it is. The only unspoken rule that would make me leave my husband.

The agreement that we remain physically faithful to each other--that's a deal breaker for me. Physical abuse would also be a deal breaker.

We agreed to be faithful to one another. If he was unfaithful then I would feel I had to leave. I think I could forgive anything else but that.

Good Luck
