Steel cage match. If that isn't feasible, a large pet taxi travel carrier and some KFC sporks, would do just fine.
Or you could just make them take turns.
My brother and I never had a problem with that though. If he wanted it, he'd just stomp me into the ground and take it. Luckily for me, he rarely wanted cereal box toys.

Buy a whole bunch of cereal type prizes and hide them someplace in your house. Every time you get a box of cereal pull out enough prizes as kids.

I always needed to get more than one box with a prize, so that each of the kids could get something.

Well I guess you weren't as smart as me, I had one child, and she got everything, she is spoiled rotten, but if I had more than one I would buy each a box of cereal, and write their name on the box, then when it was time to open that box of cereal the child get the toy! Every child should be treated equally!

take it out the box before hand then tell the other kid the cereal fairy took it and when hes not looking give it to the other kid
