If you really read all the laws on everything you will find that you can pretty much do whatever you want as long as your not going to make a profit on it for yourself. So it will be fine to put the name of your school, and a picture of the logo on your clothing, as long as your not selling it to other people. Also it may be illegal to sell it to others, but if you change it just a little bit then no one can sue you. Thats where all the rip off clothing comes from; the fake brand name items and all. Also, unless your going to give it away and everything in mass amounts i wouldn't worry about it even if you were making money off of it. It wouldn't be worth their time or money to sue you unless you were effecting the profits of another store.

Yes, unless you obtained licensing rights from the university to use its logos and name. Otherwise you are in violation of federal copyright law in the US and possibly international treaty laws such as WTO treaty if the country you are in is part of the World Trade Organization (which most countries are) and can be sued for damages.

It depends on your reasons for using them. If you have no permission from the owner(s) of the logo, then you can be prosecuted. I don't think the name of the university would be much of a big deal, because it's publicity for them, but the logo would be copyright infringement.

You can print them but if they have been trademarked you can't sell them without a license.

I would think it is a trademark infringement. If you plan to sell these items your risk a lawsuit.

Yes, almost everything is copywritten, you should check with the company about it. It's not worth a fine, or jail time.
