I like Corsairs PSUs, so I recommend the Corsair VX450W. I use a Corsair 520W PSU with my evga 8800gts, but I'm sure 450W will do just fine.

55.99 delivered to your door. 22.22 less than at Newegg and with 33amps on its +12V rails. You only need 400watts and 26 amps for a GTS so this gives you lots of room.
As far as the card goes I just got this:"

Fastest clocked GTS made. Whatever you buy don't even bother with the drivers on the CD but get the latest from the Nvidia website. I never took the CD out. You may want to get Ntune also while you're at Nvidias site. Great for adjusting your fan speed and core clock.

1st answer is correct. The motherboard will not be hurt by a PSU wattage greater than that recommended. If you get a 1000 W PSU, it won't fry the motherboard. It will simply have a lot more power available than you will ever use.

Hi. I have an Antec that I am very pleased with, but it is 550w. Your mobo will only draw what it needs.
