As we speak I'm drinking out of a coffee mug. A little bigger than the standard mug so I don't have to get up as soon for that second cup!!!

the greeks use glass mugs and cups for their version of coffee.
bet you could make really sweet looking glass mugs and cups to sell.
so ya ,both work for coffee

I have both, but I prefer the cup because it holds more. I always hought the difference was a handle, mugs have them, cups don't.
