I cant play guild wars because it is so laggy. I only have 256mb of RAM, and my video card is a Geforce2 MX (I know it sucks)...im trying to play on minimum system specs, and even when i downgrade the effects in the game, it won't fix my lag. Should I upgrade my video card, or my RAM first to fix the problem? Also, if so, how can I do it in a cheap way (all i want is for the game to become playable!) Thanks a lot!

I don't know much about video cards but it does sound like you need a new one. I bought a new card about a year ago for my system just to play GW. I didn't buy the best on the market, I only spent about $80 for an NVidia card.

You definitely need more memory. 256mb is not enough to play. I have an older system as well and I have 768mb in mine.

My system performance isn't the greatest for GW, but for the most part I have no difficulties playing the game. I have very little lag. The towns will take longer to load for me than for others in my party, but once they load I'm fine.

it really is all an difficulty of option. Skyrim will be an useful unmarried participant RPG, Guild Wars 2 will be an useful mmog. both spectacular, although each and every completely unique fields. In words of magnitude for funds, you're not to any extent further waiting to triumph over GW2 (purchase once, play regularly, including loose updates) That suggested, it appears that evidently like Guild Wars 2 gained't be revealed until eventually eventually sometime Q1 2012 on the earliest. so that you'll have the skill to comfortably purchase Skyrim, finish it and keep sufficient funds before than Guild Wars 2 is revealed. So I propose procuring Skyrim, and having amusing playing it even as you're searching ahead to GW2 to be revealed.
