I don't see why not - as long as they both have the same type of jack for the spot where the cable connects to, it should be fine.

your iPod makes use of a USB 2.0 cable in spite of the shown fact that it relies upon on what the different area connects too... the two ends are distinctive sizes (often). that "fairly massive area next to the headphone outlet" is in certainty the place you plug one end of the cable into, so which you % something that suits that area... circulate to an electronics shop inclusive of your iPod and tell them you % a USB cable that suits the iPod.

Yes, you can. The USB cable doesn't store any songs or anything, so you can just bring your USB cable to a friend's house, and let her use it to charge her iPod on her iTunes, and it won't download any of the songs you have in your iTunes library. Hope this helps :]

yeah. the cable is just a method of transfer and is not related to any specific ipod. Sort of like using one pair of headphones for more than one ipod.

Definitely yes. I have one USB cable connected to my computer. I use it for my MP3 player, my camera, and my phone.

I guess so.
I'm assuming you're not trying to use it at the same time, correct?
