Background: I had to hide money and pain pills from my x-husband. Five years later I am still 'putting things away' and I live alone! (That's not even the dumbest part!) For example, just the other day I put money 'aside' for a rainy day and today I CAN'T FIND it! What dumb thing(s) have you done lately? (I COULDN'T FIND an appropriate catergory to put this under - it figures! LOL)

The list is endless but the biggest thing I did lately was almost burnt the house down 5 times in a row in less than an hour. We have burner covers on our stove and I kept turning on the wrong burner. I was just trying to make mac n cheese. I have OCD and who knows what else though. By the time I had turned the same burner on 3 times in a row I broke down and cried and my husband had to finish making dinner. Talk about feeling stupid

Putting money away for a rainy day is a good idea, but I have to stress here...have you ever heard of a savings account, a CD, anything where you can actually find your money?

Try hiding your money in a book and that way it is easy to find later
