My Anti-static record cleaning doesn't seem to be removing the stains.
But then it is more for cleaning a record to eliminate static.

As an old guy, I assume you mean vinyl records right? Ok. This can be difficult, I have had this disaster too.
Use warm water and a mild detergent. Like dishwashing detergent, not dishwasher. A soft brush gently. Rinse with warm water preferebly distilled and the a final rinse with alcohol. They should come out good. I store all of my old records in anti-static zip-loc bags and the sleeves seprately.

Get a bottle of acetone. Not nailpolish with acetone, but pure acetone. heh heh
