Prob both = 0.2*0.4=0.08
Prob neither = 0.8*0.6 = 0.48
Prob exactly one = 1 - 0.08 - 0.48 = 0.44

If X and Y independent, P(X U Y) = 0.2 + 0.4 = 0.6
