i want to work at a store, like grocery, department, ect... anybody know if any hire at the age of 14

It is the right season... lots of department stores will be looking to hire people for the holiday season. Normally 14 is not old enough but since there will be a greater need someone may consider you. I do not know what the laws specifically say about the age but I remember my daughter had a hard time finding something at 15. Probably the smaller the place the better your chances
