when a 18 year old female says to a 18 year old male "aww. Your so cute" does that show interest
if it helps she is 3 months older but i dont think she knows also she always seems nervous around me

were not friends and sometimes she rubs agaisnt my arm and she will leave her arm touching mine for like 10- 20 seconds

The fact that she touches your arm and leaves it there is definatly a sign that she likes you. We do that as a way of flirting and to see if you like us because if you do you wont move away either. She is giving you the go ahead so you should ask her out!

these are very subtle signs and can be just naiive comments/habits without any deeper meanings. it seems like you're more interested ....in order to ask this question right? when you're interested, you read more than what it is. however, if you're seriously interested, you shall let her know or subtly ask her out for a coffee...good luck!
