grandma bought my 2 kids teddy bears wife got upset and twisted bears neck and threw it against wall in front of kids her friend and wife interrogated 13yr old for 3 hrs then wife went into back room and harrassed my daughter she cried herself to sleep and told me the next morning what happend my wife and her friend made my 13 yr old apoligize to them in order for her to attend her jr high school concert

wife left 2 months ago turned kids against me took them to court against there will and said they had. To go she has an older son and an early adult from different fathers she gave up son and then lost custody of daughter about 12yrs ago b4 we got togther 13 yrd old is wanting to live with me but little sister is still confused we are goning to court next friday for another heraing which daughter will talk to judge but wife will be notified by monday i dont get kids till thursday after school i am afraid what she will do to her

I am not exactly sure what your question is. I do know that the children should be living with you and not your wife. Are you aware that age 12 is the age when the children are not forced to go on court visitations anymore and it is legal? Are you the custodial parent or your ex? I would be asking for a change in the custodial parent if it was not me and they will question the children about her conduct.
If you are the custodial parent and they visit your ex then you could get the visits stopped if the children say they don;'t want to go, or you can get them supervised visitation so she is not alone with them

Why does your ex wife still have your kids? You seriously need legal advice otherwise serious bill for counselling for the kids in the immediate future. They are not emotionally safe there. You are the only advocate your children have. Good luck........

It seems like your ex is mentally unstable and physically and emotionally abusive. Contact you state department of children's welfare (department of youth and family services, social services, whatever you call them in your state) and seek to have the children removed from her custody. She is damaging them and the problems she causes now will mess them up for life.
Is she on drugs? Is she an alcoholic?

get those kids of her ! she is not handling somthing well (divorce) and it is not fair for those kids to be witnessing her behaviour , as it is not setting a good example to the kids how to handle rejection ... please remove those kids from her until she calms down or get some professional help because thats not normal behaviour , keep the nutty friend away too

I agree with sheloves. You have to act now. She can be put in the hospital for being suicidal. Those kids do not need to see and hear this.

best thing to do on that situation...watch it for a while, and then make sure u get witnesses & proofs of abuse..(mental & emotional abuse) and call the police on her
