when someone is cutting me off because they arnt paying attention since the conversation they are having on their cell phone is so much more important than the 3 thousand pound weapon they are driving. Yea, so all the time basically.

Not very often. There are a lot of violent, dangerous people out there with road rage. One minute you could be tapping the horn at somebody for not moving when the light turns green or something and the next minute they are trying to cause you to have an accident by slamming their brakes and blocking you or something because the horn set them off. Encounters like that are scary when you are a woman with small children. I prefer to avoid the jerks on the road whenever possible.

Very seldom, like if I'm behind someone who sits for more than five seconds after the light has turned green, I'll give it a quick beep to make them aware. I live in Los Angeles and the traffic is as bad or worse than most other places I've been and honking the horn doesn't seem to accomplish anything. On any occasion where I have to make an emergency evasive maneuver, I am too preoccupied with not hitting or being hit by another driver to honk out of anger or surprise.

I did today. I only use it when I am not actually so consumed with being scared or Pis*** that someone just cut me off. Say I am slowing at a light, and they try to pull in my lane on top of me, then I use it. But it takes one heck of a reflex to blow the horn when someone jumps on top of you going 75 on the I-State. We need a nerve reacted horn. Everything else is done with so much technology, why not.

I don't think I've used the horn in a couple of years...well, once or twice if I was backing out, and couldn't see if anyone was coming. I hate when people use their horns...it scares the heck out of me when I'm behind the wheel.

Not often. Really only if a dog is close to the side of the road and I'm afraid it might run out in front of me. Every now and then someone really drives to slow and I have to use it, not often though.

The only time I use it is when the person in front of me doesn't notice the light has turned green. Loud horns are startling and can cause accidents.

I actually keep one hand on the wheel itself and the other poised over the horn for quick access. I use it more often than not...Houston drivers are so inconsiderate! Ugh!
My husband says he is going to take out a life insurance policy on me because someone is going to "blow my brains out" for blowing my horn at them!

I can't remember the last time I used my horn. Been awhile. I figure if someone wants to recklessly drive where I would need to use it. Go ahead and hit me. I can use the money.

only when someone isn't paying attention, like the light is green and they've been sitting there for more than a few seconds. My only road rage incident ended with me giving the a guy the finger and yelled **** you across the freeway. He was being an asshole, cutting off people left and right and tail gating.
